1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour with Luxury Taj Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Booking and Payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of your tour. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on the specific tour and commitments already made to partners.
4. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
5. Liability
Luxury Taj Tours acts only as an agent for the passengers in regard to travel and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, or delay in connection with any service resulting directly or indirectly from Acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays, or expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled.
