Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrive in Varanasi and go to the Ganga Aarti at night. When you get to Varanasi Airport or the Railway Station, one of our staff members will greet you and help you go to your hotel. After you've relaxed and settled in, go to Dashashwamedh Ghat in the evening to see the gorgeous Ganga Aarti, a very spiritual rite. You can take your time later to explore the local bazaar and ghats. Stay in Varanasi for the night.
Visiting Sarnath and Varanasi Before sunrise, take a boat trip on the River Ganga to start your day. You will see life along the ghats in a peaceful way. After that, go to famous temples like the Annapurna Temple, the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, the Tulsi Manas Mandir, and the Bharat Mata Temple. Then, go to Sarnath, a holy Buddhist site where the Buddha gave his first sermon. Go to the Chaukhandi Stupa, the Dhamek Stupa, and the Archaeological Museum. Go back to your hotel at night. Stay in Varanasi for the night.
Visit Prayagraj, Ayodhya, and Varanasi. After breakfast, get in the car and proceed to Prayagraj. Take a holy bath at the Triveni Sangam, where the Ganga, Yamuna, and fabled Saraswati rivers meet.
