Day-by-Day Itinerary
Learn as much as you can about Bodh Gaya. When you arrive at Gaya Airport or the Railway Station, look for our staff member. They will drive you to Bodh Gaya, where you will be staying. After you check in, go to the Bodhi Tree and the Mahabodhi Temple, where Lord Buddha became enlightened. This is the beginning of your spiritual path. UNESCO has also put these places on its list of World Heritage Sites. You should also visit Sujata Village and any of the Buddhist countries' monasteries that are outside of their boundaries. Overnight stay in Bodh Gaya.
Go from Bodh Gaya to Rajgir, then to Nalanda, and finally back to Bodh Gaya. After breakfast, head to Rajgir, a significant place where Lord Buddha taught and meditated. Venuvan (Bamboo Grove) and Gridhakuta Hill (Vulture's Peak) are both lovely and serene areas that are very important to the spirit. You can view the remnants of the old Nalanda University at Nalanda. It used to be the best place in the world to learn about Buddhism. Before you head back to Bodh Gaya, you should definitely go to the Nalanda Archaeological Museum. Bodh Gaya is an excellent destination to stay the night.
Bodh Gaya to Varanasi It will take roughly 6 to 7 hours to go to Varanasi after breakfast. When you get to your hotel, check in and then relax. Go to Dashashwamedh Ghat at night to view the lovely Ganga Aarti, a religious rite that happens on the banks of the holy River Ganga. Spend the night in Varanasi.
, you should go from Varanasi to Sarnath and then back to Varanasi. Take a peaceful boat ride on the River Ganga in the morning to view traditional celebrations and life along the ghats. After breakfast, visit the Banaras Hindu University (BHU), the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, the Tulsi Manas Temple, and the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple. Then, head to Sarnath, where the Buddha gave his first sermon. Visit the Chaukhandi Stupa, the Dhamek Stupa, the Ashokan Pillar, and the Sarnath Museum. Go back to Varanasi. Staying in Varanasi overnight.
Traveling from Varanasi to Kushinagar After breakfast, drive to Kushinagar, the spot where Lord Buddha died and went to heaven. It takes roughly six to seven hours to go there from here. Visit the Japanese Buddhist Temple, the old Mahaparinirvana Temple, and the Ramabhar Stupa. Spend some time in these holy areas praying and thinking. Stay at Kushinagar for the night.
Leaving Kushinagar and going to Varanasi After breakfast, get in the car and drive back to Varanasi. It will take six to seven hours. When you arrive there, they will take you to the airport or train station for your next excursion. You will always remember your Buddhist pilgrimage that offered you tranquility.
