Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 2

Go to the sites in Delhi, then drive to Agra, which is about 250 miles away and takes around four hours. After breakfast, keep walking around Old Delhi. Go to Jama Masjid, one of the biggest mosques in India, and Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi is buried. After that, take the highway to Agra. Check in at your hotel when you get there. At dusk, Mehtab Bagh is a great place to see the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River. Stay in Agra for the night.

Day 3

See the sites in Agra, then drive to Jaipur through Fatehpur Sikri. The finest time to visit the Taj Mahal is in the morning. After breakfast at the hotel, go to Agra Fort, a Mughal masterpiece and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, drive to Jaipur. On your way, stop by Fatehpur Sikri, the old Mughal capital that Emperor Akbar erected. Check in at your accommodation in Jaipur. Stay in Jaipur for the night.

Day 04

Go to Jaipur, the Pink City After breakfast, take a full-day tour of Jaipur, which is also called the Pink City of Rajasthan. You should check out the beautiful castles and courtyards of the Amber Fort. After that, visit the City Palace, where the royal family still lives, and then Jantar Mantar, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It takes about five hrs to drive 265 km from Jaipur to Delhi. After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive back to Delhi.
